You create luck by two things
Putting in the effort or labour when the opportunity presents itself
Gaining the knowledge and skills, and updating them so that they are correct for the circumstances.
You can apply this to every area of life from dealing with children, to love making to running a business or creating a pressure group.
You need to be able to research and find facts, to gain the knowledge you need and to be aware and open to other possible areas of knowledge that you may have never considered before. Unfortunately much of the education we still give people is about memorizing facts as opposed to how to go about finding information when needed. So the ability to research, and find information, to consider options and come across new options is a skill area that you need to develop.
Effort or action is needed to change situations that appear before you from opportunities into good luck for you and those around you.
