Life audits are regular meetings at which Fire Angels look at every aspect of their lives, identifying many areas they are not happy with, and adjusting their plan so as to correct them.
Some times this will involve sessions where every possible option or objective is examined and looked at, including many that are not immediately obvious. By this means often it is realized that the direction that they were heading in was not ideal and that some other path through life will be more enjoyable.
We do not support the idea that life cannot be pleasant, or that any commitment you take on is valid if it does not make you happy and fulfilled. In this age there is no reason why any woman should be suffering through concepts of duty akin to slavery, or that a woman's role is something specific.
As far as younger women go, we need to determine what they want out of life and expect to get it. We also have to check that what they are currently doing is not living someone else's dream. Parents and others often feel they know what is best for a person, when they very much need listening to and supporting.
Life audits cover every aspect of life from how you relate to others, feel about life, through to fully enjoying sex and plan for parenting.
In many ways it could be said that the life audits allow you to be happy all the time and know that in the future this will continue whatever happens to you.
