Lightning stone
A lightning stone, carries the power of fire, and can be used for healing as well as other uses. They can be produced in two ways by lightning, hence their name and by a ritual involving a fire witch and water witch working together. Some other traditions call these stones by other names. Do not play with lightning you are more likely to get hurt than energize a stone unless you really know what you are doing. If you do manage to energize it you would still have to work out all its polarities.
The stone is a pebble sized, smooth stone that can be held in the hand easily, it is not a gem stone, but there are a number of types of stone it can be constructed of.
It works by storing the vibration element of the power of fire, as a sort of vibration force, similar to magnetism, ley lines or the spirit, and can be detected by dowsers who are able to get readings from many of the old stone circles.
It is used for healing by just passing it over the problem area a number of times of for a period. It is slightly more complex than this in that the stone is polarized, so different aspects or angles of it have different effects. Don't try to use one without the knowledge as it can make situations worse as well as better. Once you have one, you can use it instead of needing to have a live flame.
