Witchcraft or the craft of the wise, is a way of life, involving a religion and a social support group in which people exist. We live by a single law that is do what you like as long as it does not harm anyone else.
We believe that all good or bad we do is retuned to us 3 times. By ritual and agreement with the spirit this can be increased to 9 or 27 times, but while this happens in some paths we don't do this as we don't get as involved as them in worrying about all the ultimate effects of every action we take. However the promises we acknowledge we accept some times that a reward or effect good or bad of 27 times what we do is justified when dealing with some other witches.
While many traditional orders get very involved in learning craft skills from hypnosis to water divining, to mixing up herbal cures, we do not to the same extent. However only fire witches handle demons, and our help is needed when any other witch requires a lightning stone, so we can all work together, us getting help from other orders when needed and helping them when requested.
We do raise powers, use spells, summon demons, and learn some skill such as massage and aromatherapy, candle magic and similar easier to learn skills.
Life skills get more attention, from us but this is not really a part of witchcraft other groups use, although is a large area of knowledge, offering much wisdom.
